What to do if you Are a Recluse

    • Step 1: Do not panic

Reclusion can be cured or dealt with appropriately. You might even find it more comfortable than your old lifestyle[s].

    • Step 2: If reclusion causes you pain, loneliness, or anxiety, cease it immediately.

We at Recluse Anonymous realize that this is not always easy to do. Socialization can be difficult, frightening, or almost impossible, but it is the only way to solve the problem. Sign up online to become a member, and we can help you rid yourself of this social disease or learn to live and flourish with it.

    • Step 3: If reclusion causes you joy, creativity, or enlightenment, continue on.

Some people naturally fall into this category. If you are one of those, be careful to make sure it continues to be a positive influence on your life. It can occassionally slide into the dangerous condition described in Step 2 above.
